Yeah go to the app store and download an app called electronicsurgery+ once you download it upload any picture. Click the limb you want to delete. A drop-down menu will open and you can select the amputation type you want. Presto.

Either they forgot to pay a renewal, or they’ve given up. There’s a lot more competition, models can probably do better on their own (filming whenever, wherever, on their phone, and maybe getting a better share of the profit), and the „appetite“ of devs demands more than what a lot of the models who started with ampgermany might be willing to entertain. Then there’s the fact that devs seem even more prone to shooting themselves in the foot by sharing content in as many places as possible, which is a huge disincentive for anyone trying to make a couple bucks for a group of people they probably have a low opinion of to start with.
